Help! Spent 2 Days Working On Removing Trojan!

Okay... I had quakespyware, virtumonde, vundo, and so much trojan downloader looking stuff. After reading on the internet and plodding along my scanners aren't complaining.

Problem... the machine runs like a DOG. I think there is still something working behind the scenes. Please please please help. I'm trying to search for a new job and this will be 2nd computer in 2 weeks to go down.

Everytime I change my homepage in the browser to google. It rechanges and redirects to MSN.com?? What the heck?
