I have a Compaq 6005 SFF with 16gb 4x4gb 3.0ghz 240w PSU. I also have the Radeon HD 4200. I need to upgrade it to at least 1gb. The PC says say replace it with ATi Radeon HD 4650 Low Profile, but everywhere I find it it says minimum power supply 400w, Any suggestion where to find this card for my system. With VGA/HDMI because my monitor is only VGA right now. Fan preferable.

There's one https://www.amazon.com/VisionTek-Radeon-4650-DVI-I-Graphics/dp/B001JJ8IZK

but quite expensive. If not gaming seriously, Radeon HD 5450/6450 are also good choices. PSU should be barely enough but as that's OEM machine, I recommend replacing it also if possible.
