The outlook application on my Windows 10 Laptop has begun crashing everytime I send a new message or reply to a message.I was unsuccessful in recreating the pst/ost data file or just didn't understand the steps beyond a shadow of a doubt. I can access and respond to my emails by using webmail but I prefer to have the full feature mail app working.

Has anyone experienced this problem. I have tried scanpst.exe and searched for the KB file for an earlier fix.

Save .PST file somewhere.

Then uninstall and reinstall Office

If that doesn't help, then post over here:  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/16/business-applications/

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
