I should know this, but I'm stumped. Do you know 'best' how to open an XML file or how to convert it? I've tried excel, openoffice, notepad,browsers, etc. & it's all gibberish! I searched the forums here, but still nothing. Thanks!

You should be able to open them with Notepad.
