Running Windows 10 pro 1511 build 10586.494 AMD FX 6 core processor.

My event log (System) show this message about 10 times every half hour:

A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013

The system does not crash and there are no onscreen messages, however, one drive has never worked on this computer (cannot log in) and I suspect this error has something to do with it.

I cannot find any information on this specific error. There are some references to ssl with a 10013 error but nothing I can find for TLS.

Can someone direct me to a solution.

Thank you

Solved my own problem.

Apparently, ssl 3.0 was enabled on the computer. Using ISScrypto I was able to disable ssl 3.0 system wide.

Once done, the error disappeared AND onedrive started working.
