Which/How is better for calibrating and adjusting color/screen?

hullo...

 

i am trying to adjust my screen for color and resolution, and am wondering which is better, Windows Display Calibration or use the NVIDIA Settings...also, are the Lagom LCD Monitor Test pages useful?
