Recently I have found that emails that I expect to come through ok are being placed in my junk folder even though they are on the safe senders list.  I thought maybe they were not listed there, but they are shown as safe.  This one has me stumped I must admit, it is a real nuisance when genuine emails go to the junk box when they should not be.  Any help much appreciated.

If you look at the safe email in question, it should be marked why it was put in the spam folder. Something like: ”This message was marked as spam using the Outlook Junk E-mail filter.” which will determine what rule or system needs to be modified. See here for more info.

I have been through all the settings and no where can I see why this should be happening.  It was ok up until a few days ago and I have not made any changes to rules, not that I had created any in any case, it has just started doing this out of the blue, so to speak..
