looking for good cases that fit all atx motherboard sizes

so i have been looking high and low for good pc cases that can fit all motherboard sizes mid atx standard atx xl atx and e-atx and that support water or liquid cooling and is full tower but everywhere i look for cases like that they have bad reviews so i came here hoping i could get some assistance

 

also im hoping for the case or cases to be under 260 dollars im willing to go up in price if i have to

I have the Cooler Master Cosmos II, it is a bit pricier than your max, $329, but will handle anything you want to throw at it.  I needed to house a dozen drives and it works for me.  I will tell you that it is a great case to work in.  Also it is huge and won't fit under your desk.
