I've just bought a new computer and I thought I might be infected with a virus, but after perusing the web I found that there is a glitch in the new Windows 10.  The basic problem for me is that I'm unable to click on the Start button and Search the web and WIndows functions at the bottom left-hand side of the screen.  As of now, I'm unable to load my apps or download photos or music.  If I click on a photo for example I get the msg that the "app didn't start".  Can you assist.

Is there any chance the PC is under warranty?

Is it convenient to take it back ?

And here's the Google search that I used:  https://www.google.com/search?q=windows+10+start+button&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

I've fixed the problem by completely reinstalling Windows 10.  Everything's as it was when I bought it.  Yippee!
