Hi i did the steps to fix the corrupted file CBS.log it worked but when i shut down then switched it ba k on it happened again i cant access Internet Explorer so even though it did work it still came back

Did you run sfc /scannow from the command prompt?

 

If you did and there were corrupt files, did you run the dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth command from the command prompt?

Yes i did then i went to bed after i did it so i switched it off then when i work up and switched it back on it fid it again

Open the Command Prompt, copy and paste the command below followed by pressing the Enter key.
 
copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
 
This will place a new icon on the desktop titled CBS.  Double click on this icon to open 
the CBS log, copy and paste the log in your topic.
 
This log may be very long, you may need to break it into different parts to post it all.  
 
Do not use a host website to post this, do not wrap it in code or quotes.
