Got a new computer that came with Windows 10, ugh!  I have tried loading Call Of Duty 1 and Call of Duty 2 and neither one will work.  I have read on line as to how to load these old game into Win 10 and they work.  Supposedly, you have to "open" the CD, run as administrator, set compatibility mode to XP, install game from "set-up" inside the CD.  The game loads and appears to load correctly, but when I go click the game icon on the desktop, it just does nothing.  I have tried many setting, try running directly for CD, going to COD folder and running the .exe application, but there is just nothing happening.  If you have any suggestions, I would love to hear them.  New computer is I7 6700, Nvidia GeForce 745 4gb, 16gb memory, 64 bit.  All driver are up to date. Thanks.

I think your best bet would be to look on the Call of Duty forums, assuming there are some. I know that when I was trying to get some old sims running on much newer software and hardware the various flight and train sim forums were a great help.

Thanks guys for your help.

Did you get it to work?

I have the same games and would like to install them on W10, if possible.
