SRUDB.dat causing 100% disk

Been hving this problem for a while. Ive tried a few things ive seen on here , Farbar service scanner, mini tool box, emsisoft emergency tool kit, malware and the rootkit one. Still writing at 100%.

Windows 10 Pro

Intel Core i7 3.07ghz

12gb RAM

Nvidia

GeForce GTX 960
