Like the title says my new sades headset(Sa913) is not being registered as an audio device. when plugged in i know it is receiving power because the lights on it are glowing and in devices and printers it shows it is plugged in. I am not sure how to fix this.  Suggestions?

It is Windows 7, and I know they work, because they worked on a windows 10 computer

My guess is you have a older or newer version then the driver Windows 7 is loading. You might just being to run Windows Update, but with the trouble Microsoft has been having with that, I suggest manually downloading the driver. Download the one for your unit based on manufacture date. The production date can be found on the label near to the plug of headset.
