I would Like and upgrades CPU and GPU Please list some suggestions please.

 

NOTE THAT IT ANY SUGGESTIONS MUST HAVE SIMILAR WATTS THAT THE CURRENT GPU AND CPU DOES (I do not want to hurt my motherboard)

What brand and model is the laptop? Not many laptops can be upgraded, depending on how they are constructed. For example if the CPU was already the top end model the mainboard could accommodate on release it may not be able to use later releases, and if video is fully integrated on the mainboard, it simply cannot be upgraded.
