I am trying to find a way to create a system repair disc on a usb jump drive. The problem I have is I dont have a dvd burner to create the iso file. Is there another way to do this?

See this guide.

For creating the bootable flash drive from the iso use Rufus and not the program shown in the guide which is not free.
