Which specific model of card? What brand? Have you checked out frozencpu.com or ekwb.com?

How would I find the specific model of the card? It's AMD, and I'll check out those 2 websites

I've discovered that my GPU is a Radeon r9 280x, and those 2 websites have not yielded anything yet.

Well that kit is for the gpu only. So if you need one for cpu it would be better to buy a kit that does both.

Not problem. Anyways Newegg has a bunch of watercooling many are from Arctic cooling. You can go to them direct for all kinds of nice aftermarket things. Just google Arctic cooling.
