Virus wont let me do anything. Not even a system restore

When i try to do a system restore it just fails. Also it wants me to give my product key away. I have not done anything besides trying to reset my pc

Also i forgot to mention. The screen is black with the product key prompt. Im completly locked out of my pc

Can you boot into Safe Mode with Networking? If so, then follow the instructions in link below.

 

Please look over the instructions and if you think you can follow them....then do that.

I found away though the homescree. To factory reset my pc. So its fine now
