My vista 64 Gateway pc has started to give me random BSOD's when putting pc to sleep or waking from sleep. But then it could not run any web browsers or email programs, they would not launch.  If I logged in from a different administrator account, then I could surf the web but it was not entirely stable.  I rand full scans with KASPERSKY Rescue Disk 10 from a USB (only found like old emails with trojan scripts but nothing major)  an also Norton 360 Recovery USB (hanged and crashed midway before completion)

I rebooted after this and reinstalled Norton 360 because it was disabled somehow from my regular windows account. I could not start it up and neither would Malware Bytes both would not run.  It was very difficult but I had to attempt numerous times in different ways eventually resorting to a free web proxy site to access the antivirus download pages.  The download would crash the browser before completion.  Finally I was able to complete the download and reinstall norton 360.  I also reinstalled Malware Bytes and enabled trial of full premium version, ran a full scan, it found nothing.

I also noticed that whenever I log in and start using the web, my memory and CPU usage would go high until BSOD but could not determine the cause. The apps listed in Taskmanager do not consume that amount of RAM (8gb)..

I googled microsoft windows 7 or windows 10 iso download.  The browser would not load any microsoft windows download pages. they come up blank unless I use a web proxy service. However when I attempt to download the Windows 10 media creation tool, it only download a php file called "GO.PHP" which does nothing.

It appears my computer is hijacked and something malicious is blocking any attempts to download tools that would help with repair.  Whatever it is, that is affecting the PC, it becomes very active and agressive when using any web browser.    I recently had used KAT.cr to download some videos to watch. Perhaps some hidden malware virus payload was embedded in one of the video files.  I use VLC Player but it needs to update which I have not done.

My windows log has various errors in there hard to decipher.

Windows Update has been broken for about 6 months now and I could not repair it or get it to work.  It checks and finds recommended updates but download and install fails repeatedly for months now.  I attempted the advice of several online forums to repair the windows update issues to no avail.

My last resort is to post a hijack this report here.  I hope that someone could help. I am in the process of downloading an Ubuntu Desktop .ISO to see if that allows me to download Windows 10 Upgrade Media tool or Windows 10 .iSO.  I have license keys for Windows 7 Pro. But in meantime I cannot access any MS downloads from my computer.  I would hope to get it running a little better until at least I can completely backup all my things and before wiping the hard drive.

It seems like malware but this is very deep rooted and hidden and I cannot seem to remove it with the usual repair tools (antivirus, tds killer, kaspersky recover usb, anti malware bytes etc )

PLEASE HELP ANY HELP APPRECIATED.  HJT SCAN REPORT ATTACHED. THANKS

I also want to mention. I ran HJT from my second windows user account as the primary account having troubles with browser and web.  Should I run HJT on the more problematic User Account and then post the report here?

I just ran the tool called AdwCleaner on the alternatate user account and it found a few things and I chose "clean all" at the end.  I attached the report to this reply if that helps?

Thanks

OK, I Logged Out and Logged Back into my primary Windows User Acount which has the most problems... to run the HJT and AdCleaner tools again.

To my surpise, the virus or malware would not allow me to download RoqueKiller, it would repeatedly crash my browser (opera) each time. Eventually

the BleepingComputer.com site would appear as completely black screen with nothing else showing.  Microsoft.com shows up as completely white

screen blanked out, not a single text or image appearing.

So I was able to run HJT and AdCleaner and attached below are their reports:

Looking forward to hear if anybody recognized my infection/issue from these reports.

Much appreciation in advance.
