You would have to buy a copy of Windows 7. Since Windows 10 came on the laptop there is no way of getting 7 without buying a copy of it and installing.

If you have a unused copy of 7 laying around you can use that. From there its pretty simple, pop media in to computer and boot to it. Then you just follow the prompts.

Be sure you check with Dell first for Win7 driver support. Has your copy of Win 7 ever been previously installed on any other computer? Is your copy OEM or retail?

Yup that will not work. You will need a new copy of Windows 7. Take saw101's advice first though. Double check that there are drivers for your laptop model for Windows 7.

Here is a good walkthrough on how to do a clean install of Windows 7. Doing a clean install of 7 will get rid of 10.
