Adobe Reader Causing Print Spooler To Stop

Need help with this one and unfortunately I could not find an answer in a previous forum but hopefully in here I will find some success. When trying to print any documents in any .pdf, the Adobe pdf printer will hang. When I then go to Devices and Printers, all printers are missing. they are all network printers and no locally connected pritners. When I try to add a printer, I get the message that Printer Spooler has stopped running and so I cannot add a printer. All attempts to restart the printer spooler fail (the usual stuff in tried per support forums). Naturally, I cannot print from any other application now since there are no longer any printers installed. Restoring to a previous restore point fixes everything until I try to use Adobe to print the particular file again. When I uninstall the Acrobat reader the printers show up fine again but once I reinstall it again they disappear. Anyone have any ideas with what could be causing this? I know its Adobe but theres got to be a go around. Any ideas?

Sounds like somethings wonky between Adobe and the printer.

Please try to print and let it cause the problem (so that no printers appear).

Then Let's try looking at these 2 sets of reports (I actually want the 2nd one - but may need the 1st one if there are issues I need to look at further).:

1)  Please run this report collecting tool (even though you may not be experiencing BSOD's) so that we can provide a complete analysis: (from the pinned topic at the top of the forum)   http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/
FYI - I don't often use the Perfmon report, so if it doesn't work please just let me know.

2)  Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on the "Administrative Events" heading
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).
