Loss of @ sign after updating to Win 10

MS was not aware of this issue, if american key board and region was set to english or British key board

Delete extra keyboard language but both Firefox and Crome would not allow @ symble to use email


Any  one else  has this problem or fix   (Lenovo Desk Top) after putting on Win 10
