Windows 10 start menu glitch

IF THIS ^ PICTURE ISNT MOVING USE A DIFFRENT BROWSER! ITS EASIER TO SHOW YOU IT IS BASICLY GOING COLORS ARE GOING DARK FOR NO REASON

 

EDIT: ive also been getting this a lot around the same time could it have anything to do with it?

EDIT (2): its also the whole win10 interface all the modern things not just the start menu

 

EDIT (5milion) also doesnt happen on other user accs

 

EDIT (6million) uninstalling intel graphics driver dosent fix it but completely disabling it does?

 

Oh and i have 2 graphics hards

Intel 4600

Nvidia 940m

  What's the problem with that Start menu?  You didn't say, and it looks normal to me.

  The error message you're getting likely means you need a fix for your video driver.  I had that problem with one of my computers and fixed it, but since you gave ZERO information about your system, I have no way of knowing if my fix would apply to your system.


Make regular full system backups or you'll be sorry sooner or later.

if it isnt moving try using chrome or firefox.

nevermind i fixed it 

it was one of the settings in the intel control pannel

 I'm glad you found it, but you need to understand that the picture you posted was too small and too blurry to make anything out about whatever unknown problem you were having.  It's not going to give you leprosy to tell folks what to look for, and if you don't, you're not going to get much in the way of help.


Make regular full system backups or you'll be sorry sooner or later.

its supposed to be a animated gif maybe it dosent animate your side thats a browser issue i know its small but it shouldnt matter
