In addition to posting what browser you use, HOW are you trying to delete the history?

Right or left click on what?

It's easy to clear Chrome history. Is this how you are trying to do it?

Click the 3 horizontal bars to the right of the address bar.

Choose Settings.

On the page that opens, click History.

Click Clear browsing data OR check what you want to delete then click Remove selected items.

Click on the Chrome menu button, this is the three horizontal lines in the upper right portion of a Chrome page.

Select Settings from the menu.

When you open Settings you will see Chrome in the upper left portion of the screen.  Under this is History, select this.

If you want to selectively remove browsing history place a check mark in each box for the history you want deleted, then click on Remove selected items.

If you want to delete all of the history click on Clear browsing data.

I believe you mean the opened tabs on other devices showing up in chrome?  Go to the device and close all the tabs on the other devices, and it will be gone

Speed ease of use, time saver. Thorough - little knowledge required.
