I have lenovo ultrabook ( intel i5, 500GB, 4 GB Ram ) that came with windows 8  THis was OEM version without any cd key.  I always installed updates as they were released I had 8.1 , 64 bit last when I upgraded to windows 10. That was some months ago

Till ate Windows 10 was working Ok type for all applications but Internet explorer. That was damn slow. I tried other chrome firefox but they were all slow.

I tried reset option and now the laptop is stuck in REset loop.

I have another Lenovo yoga  laptop with Windows 10 working . Can someone help me how to break the Reset loop and restore windows 10

Try this link to download and install W10 from a USB drive:  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/

Be careful, as it'll likely wipe everything off the computer.

If you want to backup first, post back and we'll see what we can suggest.

Thanks USASMA

I made the bootable USB of Windows 10 using the link you shared.

Yes I lost the contents and had to go through the pains of installing the applications and softwares.

BTW : I am still facing the issues with internet being slow on windows 10. Though it is not as slow as it used to be .  earlier it used to take more than a minute to start. Now it is in seconds ( 10-20 seconfs0 for the home page (google.com) to render
