Onbord Graphics Card Not Working

i have an emachines t2341 and when i turn on the pc the monitor is blank. i have installed a e-geforce MX4000 agp graphics card along with a new 300 watt power supply, however when i plug in the monitor it still does not display anything. i am unable to make any bios changes or install any drivers due to the fact that the screen does not come on. please help

Since the screen does not come on at all, I'd think that the problem was more than just the video card. What caused you to suspect that the problem was the onboard video card in the first place?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
