wifi problem

Hi! I have a problem. I have wifi connection on my laptop but it doesn`t work now. I need to plug ethernet cable in my laptop in order to have an internet. And wifi lost all known networks. Can you help me?

What model router and laptop do you have?


Also, how does the wifi not work? Can you not see the network at all? Can you see but not connect? Connect but not get online? 


If you can connect, but not get online, disconnect the ethernet, try to connect wirelessly, then run MiniToolBox. Select everything that begins with "List..." and click on Go and then post the log.
