I am running Windows 10 1511. I *think* this issue started after I installed the driver for a Teac USB amp (driver found here). When I go to open the audio devices panel or try to safe remove hardware I get a UAC prompt that looks like this:
It lists "shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL mmsys.cpl,,playback" for the sound control panel specifically.
Idk if I am just searching for the wrong things, but I have not been able to find any help for this kind of issue.
