Hi all! Right now I have setup a page on my computer that I can access through http://localhost:5000/ and I want to be able to access it through my Android phone (outside not in LAN). I have also done the following port forwarding option on my router:

However I cannot access the page through http://MYIPADDRESS:5000/ on the phone, or http://192.168.0.10:5000/ on the local computer. Additionally I have also allowed the port 5000 on Windows Firewall. However when I check the open port it says 5000 is closed. In addition here is the "netstat -banos" screenshot for the relevant program:

I'm rather clueless when it comes to this stuff that should be pretty simple. Can anyone help?

Thanks!

(Router is Hitron CGN3)
