I have a HP M200 all in one running Windows 7.It works fine, except I have to boot it 2 or 3 times to get the monitor to come on.I have already checked the RAM and memory slots.Any advice on what could be causing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Motherboard or PSU are usually causing problems of that type. Video card also sometimes.
