I have done everything..google has told me. Rolled back drivers...updated drivers..update windows...check Ram..etc. The computer still hard crashes at least once a day. I performed multiple test and found no errors on anything..however I could not get the PERFMON to go..it just hangs up for hours on end. Please help me..im at my wits end with this...ready just to get a new computer. Thanks!

Your UEFI/BIOS (version A00) dates from 2014.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

C: drive only has about 4% free space.  Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance.  Please free up 15% on ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty).  Low free space can cause BSOD's - but the actual amount depends on the files being used by the system.

This device is disabled in Device Manager:

Shrew Soft Virtual Adapter    ROOT\VNET\0000    This device is disabled.

If not needed, please re-enable and uninstall it.

If needed, please re-enable it and then ensure that it's fully updated to the latest W10 compatible version.

Lot's of errors related to prl_deskctl_helper.exe in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report.

This is most likely related to Parallels Tools.  Please uninstall it and see if that helps.

If you'd like (after this), feel free to download a fresh copy of the latest W10 compatible Parallels Tools and install them.

The memory dumps blame dc1_controller.sys.  This is most likely associated with your XBox controller for Windows.

This is the second time I've seen this recently - so I'd suggest:

- uninstalling the software and physically removing the device from the system

If that stops the BSOD's, then try downloading a fresh copy of the latest, W10 compatible version of the drivers for the controller and see if that works without problems.

Finally, please notice below the drivers that are older, and were released before W10 came out.

It would be a good idea to update all of those.  Your version (10586) came out in November of 2015, while the original version (10240) came out in July of 2015
