Please help!! I was having a trouble with a new printer and called canon for help. (I know now it was not canon) I allowed remote access to them to help fix the printer. Now when I start up the computer I get a Windows 3031 error message box and another box that say to click here to allow me to get past the hack and use my computer for 2 hours. If I don't click the computer shuts down. I have not clicked on it and have left the computer turned off. I have no idea what to do. I posted here a couple years ago and some wonderful guy help me fix my computer. I am hoping someone will help again

Thanks for the fast reply. My husband just got home and told me he backed up the computer about 2 months ago. Since we won't lose much data he is going to reformat and re install Windows. I think I have learned a valuable lesson. LOL
