Backup system with a third party software but met the problem

Just downloaded a free software named aomei backupper and finished installation, i was doing a system backup but got a code 4103 error.

anyone met the same problem? Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Thanks, I did check it before. But I downloaded the latest version not the 1.6. Maybe I should contact the developer.

If you're unable to determine any definite cause by your own processes of elimination, probably best to contact their support, yes.

If you're unable to determine any definite cause by your own processes of elimination, probably best to contact their support, yes.

OHH, HOW STUPID I AM. I never notice the later versions. Thanks so much and i will follow the tutorial!
