Hi,

I have a weird problem that started somewhere in the last few weeks. Many Windows UI controls scroll up when my mouse is over one of them. I changed the mouse and the problem keeps going.

  • In Windows file explorer for example, if I scroll down the pane, Windows continuously tries to scroll back up.
  • A similar thing happens with combox box, whenever I start typing, the list continuously loops to the top and to the bottom. Like if my "up" key was always pressed.
  • Sometime in Chrome, I am unable to show a list by clicking the arrow.

Thanks for helping

I found the problem. I haven't remove the usb dongle from my primary mouse when I tested with another one. Simply removed it and the problem was gone. I put it back and no more problem. I guess there was something corrupted in the dongle.
