Hello everyone, I own a laptop from dell and I've set up a BIO password on the system. Under the BIOS settings It's call HDD2 Password and System password. I have set a specific password so whenever you restart the computer or turn it on there's a screen for you to enter the password before you can reach windows.

I was told that there are other companies that have an option where once logged in and upon "restart" you don't need to re-enter the password. However I tried to look everywhere and Dell doesn't have this option. Can anyone lend a hand? I don't mind paying like a 10$ fee if someone can help me find a solution for dell computers.

Thank you so much.

Yeh ! The whole idea is with a Bios Password to stop anyone from using it / or stealing it.

If you restart /reboot it will always appear and need to be entered.

Otherwise disable it.
