No problems here...

Try rebooting

You can directly download an iso image of your choice from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/techbench and forego the Media Creation Tool.

Let's see the output of :
nslookup microsoft.com >0 & echo. >>0

tracert microsoft.com >>0 & echo. >>0

ping microsoft.com >>0

notepad 0

Open CMD (Command Prompt) and run the command-lines above, one at a time; top to bottom, then copy-paste the contents of the notepad window that opens, in your next reply. You can copy-paste all four lines into CMD and they will all be executed in order. The tracert command may take a while, so give it time.

You did it wrong. After the fourth line, notepad should open showing the contents of a file called 0, which are the output of the first three lines. It is the contents of the notepad window that you should have copy-pasted here, but you can forego it all now that you've regained access to said site.

Change ISP DNS servers that your router using to Google public DNS servers .

If after using Google DNS servers wont work then uninstall third party installed Firewall don't disable it you need to uninstall it.
