The windows 10 media creation tool site on mircosoft will only open to a blank page.Is anyone else having problems?thanks

fed up with Windows antics...??....LINUX IS THE ANSWER....I USE LINUX MINT 18.3  EXCLUSIVELY.

 

Microsoft gives you Windows, Linux gives you the whole house...

Strange tried a second laptop and worked.I had downloaded the iso a few times before no problem.I needed the home  windows 10 this time.strange

Wonder if anyone could help me on this.I ran ccleaner and cleared internert cache.  Still no joy as I said i can download from different laptop.Also had downloaded from this laptop before.Any help would be great Thanks

You can directly download an iso image of your choice from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/techbench and forego the Media Creation Tool.

Let's see the output of :
nslookup microsoft.com >0 & echo. >>0

tracert microsoft.com >>0 & echo. >>0

ping microsoft.com >>0

notepad 0
 
Open CMD (Command Prompt) and run the command-lines above, one at a time; top to bottom, then copy-paste the contents of the notepad window that opens, in your next reply. You can copy-paste all four lines into CMD and they will all be executed in order. The tracert command may take a while, so give it time.

Happening to me as well. Just getting a black page. On Browser console I get this error
WebSocket connection to 'wss://127.0.0.1:5903/' failed: Error in connection establishment: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

 

I am trying to access this page

You did it wrong. After the fourth line, notepad should open showing the contents of a file called 0, which are the output of the first three lines. It is the contents of the notepad window that you should have copy-pasted here, but you can forego it all now that you've regained access to said site.

Change ISP DNS servers that your router using to Google public DNS servers .

If after using Google DNS servers wont work then uninstall third party installed Firewall don't disable it you need to uninstall it.
