I would love to find a way to use my digital camera as a webcam so I don't have to buy one. is there a way to do this? The best I've come up with is to get an A/V card for the PC and use the A/V output on the camera, but I'm not sure this would work and an A/V card is probably more expensive than a cheap webcam.

Is there a way to do this through the USB connection?

Thanks in advance!

I was able to use my previous digital camera as a webcam. I now have a Kodak but can't do it. Read the manual to see if you can use it as a webcam.
