I'm looking for a way to automatically and reliably back up all my company's emails. I'm running windows server 2012 and clients are currently windows 7 and I'm using outlook. I'm looking for something that just takes every email that is either received or sent from anyone in my company and saves it to an email archive. Preferably, each email in this archive would be saved in .msg and would be searchable. It would also not store multiple copies of the same attachment/email.
Does anyone know of any software that does this? What about anything that's close? Can exchange server do this?
