Can wired connections get online?

Also, I notice the TC8305C is a wireless telephone gateway, does your phone work?

Last, I notice the error below in the log. Is TotalVPN set up on the gateway or just on the Asus laptop?

"Error: (07/10/2016 06:36:48 PM) (Source: RasClient) (User: )

Description: CoId={4752476B-2248-4A6B-AD67-C315B546C02D}: The user DESKTOP-L7ICLFH\Patrick dialed a connection named TotalVPN which has failed. The error code returned on failure is 868."
