I have a 596GB hard drive partitioned C:321GB(primary partition), F:102MB, 15GB, E:260GB(Logical drive used for data) plus a second hard drive D:186GB(primary partition used for data)

Would the free win 10 upgrade eliminate the E:partition automatically?

No, your partitions will be left as is.

 Good luck.

Make regular full system backups or you'll be sorry sooner or later.

Agreed, I have 3 OS's on my laptop and 4 on my Tower, if you do the upgrade it will only edit(upgrade) the partition windows is on. it wont even touch the others.
