Lines during movement on video after system reset

Hey guys, 

I just did a recent reset on my laptop (Windows 10) and when I play a video on VLC player there are alot of lines. Deinterlace mode doesn't  seem to help much if it all. Any ideas?

Have you tried updating your video driver?
