hey its my first post on this website

- i was just browsing my appdata after uninstalling some programs, and i noticed this file  and upon looking into it further i found that it might be infected, i have norton, avast and malwarebyte but none of them seem to detect it

- i have downloaded malwarebyte's rootkit detector and current running scans, finished the scan but no malware found

anything else i need to do? or is my system clean?
