hello guys,

im using win 8,1 pro 64 bit,

i have most of the updates installed, but the latest ones i cant install them cause installation freezes forever......

also after installing latest amd control catalyst it appears an error like that in the pic, which says no amd card is installed or there is a problem bla bla.

i tried couple of times,uninstall,install,reboot,install latest drivers,beta drivers,everything.......

i have very low fps on games cause of that and i cant enjoy my gaming.

regards,

pavlos

Are you having issue installing Windows updates as well?

Uninstall graphic card driver with Revo Uninstaller and install latest version of the driver also try previous version of the driver.

Open Search and type in services.

Services will appear below the search box, click/tap on it.

When Services opens scroll down to Windows Update.

Right click on it and select Properties.

Under Service status you may see that the service is stopped.  Click on Start.
