Burning And Ripping

What are some good free dvd burning/ripping programs? Thanks.

For ripping I use EAC combined with FLAC for encoding. Quality wise EAC is the best ripper I've come across, and can usually even manage to rip scratched CD's. FLAC is a nice Free Lossless Audio Codec.

For burning I use Nero, but it isn't free.

For ripping I use CDex.
For burning I use DeepBurner.
