I have a large zip file of 5.5 GB on my hard drive. I want to move this to a flash drive of 16 GB and store on the flash drive. I formatted the flash drive and it shows nothing on the flash drive and full capacity, , but when I try and use Windows Explorer to move this file from the computer to the flash..it says " FILE TOO LARGE". How can I move this file?

If you formatted the flash drive as FAT32 the largest files size that can be copied is 4GB. You need to format the drive to NTFS for larger file sizes.

Edit: There is a way to convert the file system and keep your data on the flash drive, but personally I always backup the data to another drive before I attempt it. Make sure you are using the correct drive letter of your flash drive in the command.
