hi just done a reinstall windows 10 pro BUT when i click on the window button to open apps and settings it is stretched all across the window how can i shrink it down to what it used to be about one third of the window thanks if you can help, johnyjohn

Could you use the Snipping Tool to take a screenshot?:
 
Press Windows + R
Type snippingtool and press enter
