My computer is supposed to run with McAfee in it. But so far no McAfee in my computer. It is supposed to be free with Cox cable in it. But so far it just will not work.
So can anyone tell me what I need to run and install without McAfee in it. Don't know why it doesn't work,. I only know that it doesn't work.  So far I have downloaded Zone alarm free ware. What else do I  need.

What antivirus were you running previously?

Did you uninstall the previous antivirus?

Are you receiving any error messages?  If you are, please post exactly what the error states.

ZoneAlarm Free Antivirus + Firewall or just ZoneAlarm Free Firewall?

It is recommended to uninstall all existing security software from your device before installing Cox Security Suite Plus software.

BTW, you do not need a third party Firewall...just use Windows built-in Firewall. You may also want to read What’s the point of having a firewall?
