Hi all

I have a bit of a problem.

I want to recover a file from a USB backup device in SBS 2011, but the recover wizard do not "see" the USB device.

I can do backups to the external drive with no problems.

I am also able to see the drive in device manager.

I have attached a file with the relevant info.

Any help/suggestions out there?

Thanks, DanieAttached File  SBS 2011.jpg   75.08KB   2 downloads

i would guess that autoplay is disabled so go to compmgmt.msc in Run and then click on disk management and right click the drive and make it Online.

Is there a drive letter associated with the USB drive in Disk Management?
