I do not think Chrome has any native way to export password from Chrome or into Edge. There are some 3rd party utilities, but I have found those shady.

I agree with Trikein, I wouldn't use 3rd party apps either unless they are worldwide known. However, you can still get your saved passwords manually off of Chrome.

This way you'll have a chance to see your saved passwords.

 

Settings > (scroll down) Passwords and Forms > Manage passwords
