I keep getting this error and I don't know how to fix it. I mean, I don't want to make the directory readable or uncorrupted again, I just want these messages to stop popping up on me since when they do, they minimize other applications that are fullscreen. It said something about "SnowPad Updater" when I right clicked the red circle with the x on my taskbar.

Empty temporary folder content by running the batch script i have attached to my post below run the batch script as a administrator and close all open programs before running the batch script. After executing the batch script see if the issue has been resolved.

Try doing a CHKDSK on your hard drive.  That always works for me.

 Good luck.

Make regular full system backups or you'll be sorry sooner or later.
