I want to Upgrade my computer and would appreciate some recommendations.

Yes, put better graphic card. What's PSU? It usually reads on label that's located side of PSU.

Yes you need if you can RX 480 will be better otherwise r9 380 will be good. 650 watt PSU, 16(2x8GB)ram and SSD will be even better.
